Show Abstract ( 966 )

Using the quadrat method, the species diversity characteristic was comparatively studied between native species and exotic species in the 6 residential green areas in Sanya city. The results showed that there were 48 plant species belonging to 22 families and 40 genus in investigated areas, including 17 native species which were belonged to 11 families and 16 genus and 31 exotic trees species which were belonged to 16 families and 28 genus. The dominant species of native species were Cocos nucifera, Ficus benjamina, Sterculia lanceolata, Winchia calophylla and Caryota ochlandra, and dominant exotic species were Spathodea campanulata, Pterocarpus indicus, Ficus religiosa, Terminalia mantaly, Delonix regia, Senna surattensis and Plumeria rubra. Richness indexs of native species were 1.2 - 1.6 and those of ex- otic species were 1.7 -5.8, Simpson indexs D of native species were 0. 552 6 -0. 791 5 and those of exotic species were 0. 722 1 -0. 918 4; and Shannon-Wiener indexs H') of native species were 1. 256 6 - 1. 748 6 and those of exotic species were 1. 629 0 - 2. 735 3. The change trend of Shannon-Wiener index, Simpson index, richness index from large to small order was all of species exotic species native species. It showed that exotic species were introduced sufficiently, and the proportion of native species was less, which should be increased in the future.

Effects of exogenous SA treatment on thermotolerance of blueberry under heat stress

Journal . 2017, 30 (1): 8-12.
PDF (779KB) ( 812 )
Show Abstract ( 921 )

In order to study the effects of salicylic acid SA treatment on heat tolerance of blueberry Vaccinium spp. , two cultivars V3 and Misty of blueberry treated by 0. 1 mmol/L SA were subjected to heat stress trentment, and their physiological indexes were measured. Heat stress with 42 led to blueberry leaf yellowing and wilting, in manual climatic chamber. However, 0. 1 mmol/L SA treatment could alleviate effectively the above symptom. Proline contents declined with SA treatment compared with heat stress control control 2. The biggest drop occurred at 96 h, decrease of V3 and Misty were 10.47% and 30. 11%, respectively; relative electroconduetibilities declined with SA treatment compared with control 2. The biggest drop appeared at 96 h. Decrease of V3 was 22.52% , and the decrease of Misty were 18.5% at 24 h, 20.5% at 96 h. SA alleviated the damage of cell membrane integrity via decreasing the contents of Malonic dialdehyde MDA. The MDA of Misty decreased more significantly than that of V3 during heat stress. SA was able to stimulate the antioxidant system via increasing Superoxide dismutase SOD activity for improving the heat resistances of blueberry. Compared with the control, SOD activity of the two cultivars at 96 h increased more significantly than that at 24 h during heat stress. Thus, SA was able to stimulate SOD activity and regulate the osmotic balance for improving the heat resistances of blueberry, as a result of alleviating the damage of the cell membrane, decreasing the chlorophyll degradation and protecting the physiological function of the normal protein. Misty was more sensitive than V3 to heat stress and SA treatment.

Show Abstract ( 990 )

Effects of different concentration 0, 10, 20, 40, 60 and 80 g/mL water extracts of Euca- lyptus citriodora Hook. f. leaves on root growth and some physiological indices of Vaccinium spp. seedlings were studied based on soil culture experiments. The results showed that the root activity of Vaccinium spp. increased first and then decreased with concentration of water extracts of E. citriodora leaves, and reached the peak with 20 g/mL. The root activity was significantly different but dry mass of root was insignificantly different between different concentration treatments. Low concentration ≤20 g/mL water extracts significantly improved chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll of Vaccinium spp. leaves, but high concentration ≥ 60 g/mL of water extracts significantly reduced those P 0. 05 . High concentration ≥60 g/mL water extracts of significantly improved relative conductivity rate and chlorophyll a/b of Vaccinium spp. leaves, but low concentration of water extracts had no significantly effect. These investigations indicated that Vaccinium spp. had a less sensitive and a certain tolerance to the water extracts of E. citriodora, but a significant inhibition of growth occurred with a higher concentration of water extracts.

Constraint handling method based on shuffled frog leaping algorithm

Journal . 2017, 30 (1): 48-52.
PDF (698KB) ( 747 )
Show Abstract ( 814 )

An improved shuffled frog leaping algorithm SFLA to solving constrained optimization problems was proposed. Combined with ε- differential evolution algorithm ε - DE , the infeasible solutions with better objective function were made full use of in the evolution process. In the initial stage of evolution, the infeasible solutions with better objective function and near the boundary of the feasible region were incorporated in the population. With the evolutionary generation increasing, the decrease in the population constraint relax degree decreased the number of infeasible solutions in the population. Until the population constraint relax degree was 0, the population was entirely composed of feasible solutions. The convergence speed and accuracy had been greatly improved by the improved algorithm. The simulation results of 13 Benchmark functions proved that the algorithm had higher precision and stronger robustness, was a very effective algorithm to solve the constrained optimization problems.
