Abstract
研究了热空气处理对“大叶青”香蕉贮藏期果实品质的影响结果表明,45℃、12min的贮前热空气处理能使果实淀粉含量、Vc含量和果实硬度的降低趋缓,使果实固形物/酸比、可溶性糖含量的升高趋缓,但对各项指标的峰值影响不大,且其主要食用品质不会发生变化
