香蕉采后清洗装置结构参数的优化

Abstract 为提高所设计的小型移动式香蕉清洗装置的清洗效果及清洗速度,分别对喷嘴安装角度、喷嘴距离水面高度和清洗时间对该清洗装置的香蕉表面清洁度、蕉柄褐变以及香蕉在装置内前进速度的影响进行了研究,确定了移动式香蕉清洗装置最优香蕉清洗效果的结构参数为:喷头安装角度为70°,喷头距离水面的高度为150~200 mm,清洗时间为4 min.
