黄药子中抑制MetAP2组分的分离鉴定

Abstract 对黄药子 (DioscoreabulbiferaL .)的乙醇浸提物进行了柱层析分离 ,并以MetAP2为靶标对各分离组分进行了活性测定 ,在黄药子中首次找到了对MetAP2具有强活性的物质 ,并对其进行了质谱分析 ,鉴定出其结构为 1 - (3 -丙氨基 ) - 2 -甲基哌啶
