Abstract
针对模具客户关系管理系统(Customerrelationshipmanagement,CRM)和企业资源计划(Enterpriseresourceplan,ERP)的特点,综合模具行业的业务流程,提出了一种模具CRM和ERP的集成模型,使企业能够充分利用外部和内部的资源,以提升企业的竞争力.
