在考察WTO的组织规则和中国加入WTO要达到的目标的基础上 ,分析了中国对外经济关系所面临的现实条件基础 ,考察了发展对外经济关系、适应国际自由贸易的国内条件 ,提出了增强中国经济国际竞争力的途径
