428 questionnaires were carried out according to the cultivation of new types of professional farmers in five districts of Guangzhou,and the factors influencing the cultivation efficiency of new professional farmers were analyzed by orderly logistics.Based on quantitative analysis of the characteristics of peasants individual characteristics,family characteristics and cultivating the characteristics of the peasants,it was found that the degree of peasants＇ education,whether the village cadres,the number of migrant workers,the degree of marketization of production,the applicability of cultivating policies,the cultivation mode flexibility,the effect of cultivating new professional farmers around the city had a significant effect.Therefore,it was necessary to speed up the government in adapting to the development of modern agriculture in the function of change,to strengthen the rural human capital investment precision and feasibility,to improve the follow-up of new professional farmers service and management platform,and to focus on interregional,inter-industry development differences,from the perspective of the cultivation program to adjust,so as to promote the cultivation of new professional farmers to enhance the efficiency.
