Abstract:To explore the relationship between the pore structure of mesoporous silicon and its drug loading content. In this experiment, different composition of hierarchical porous materials was prepared through hydrothermal method using P123/CTAB as co-templates, methyl silicate(TEOS) as silicon source. And the mesoporous silica was characterized by FTIR、UV、N2 adsorption desorption、TG、DSC、SEM and TEM. Moreover, its adsorption behavior of pesticide triadimefon was studied. The results showed that the hierarchical pore was occurred in PC-MCM-48-5 when mass ratio of CTAB to P123=1∶3, with whose irregular pore distribution and higher loading the per unit of triadimefon than MCM-48. Meanwhile, its larger aperture was more conducive to drug molecular transport and release.
