Abstract:Passiflora edulia is a kind of tropical and subtropical fruit, its planting area in the south of China has increased rapidly in recent years, and the disease has also occurred seriously. Fusarium spp. were isolated from the leaves, fruits and stem base of P. edulia infected-plants. The pathogens were identified through the pathogenicity assay, morphological characteristics and molecular biology methods, the result showed that the pathogen damaging the leave of P. edulia was identified as Fusarium fujikuroi, and that the pathogen damaging the fruit and stem base of P. edulia was Fusarium concentricum, providing a theoretical basis for the control of P. edulia diseases.
