南方冬种马铃薯收获机传动系统设计

Abstract 针对南方冬种马铃薯种植特点及收获要求,设计出了一套结构紧凑、传动平稳、功耗低的改进型马铃薯收获机具.该机具能一次性完成挖薯、分离、升运及装袋等工序,提高了挖掘效率和作业质量.计算表明,该机具总功耗低,仅为4.22KW;振动式挖掘铲功耗为1.35KW,比传统固定式挖掘铲功耗降低了60%左右.
