Abstract
通过对广东省揭阳市揭东区锡场镇3个行政村150户农户进行实地调查,利用Logistic回归模型对影响农户宅基地流转的8个主要因素进行了回归分析,得到各个变量的最终贡献率.结果发现:户主受教育程度、家庭年总收入、非农收入比重和宅基地与县城距离等4个因素对农户宅基地流转意愿具有显著(P0.1);农户家庭人口数和户主年龄对农户是否进行宅基地流转具有显著负向作用(P<0.1).
