Abstract A binary spline quasi-interpolation based on B-splines has been constructed and then used to deal with double integration．A new numerical integration method for double integration on any domain has been obtained．Numerical experiments show that this new binary spline quasi-interpolation and corresponding numerical double integration both have good approximated effects．
