Using leaf of Fragaria ananassa Duch.‘Fengxiang＇（main cultivar variety） of as explant,the survival rate,callus tissue,adventitious bud induction rate and regeneration bud rooting culture treated with different concentrations of growth hormone were studied and the regeneration system was established.The results showed that the medium of MS ＋ 1.5 mg/L Thidiazuron（TDZ） ＋ 0.4 mg/L 3-indolebutyric acid（IBA） was the most suitable for the cultivation,that the regeneration buds had the best rooting effect with medium of 1/2MS ＋ 0.1 mg/L IBA.
