Abstract The resistance of 19 mulberry cultivars to mulberry root-knot nematode disease was tested，theresults showed that the cultivar Yuesang C20 was immune to the disease，varieties Yuesang C8，Yuesang87 and Yuesang 44 being highly resistant; Yuesang 85，Yuesang C10，Yuesang C21，Yuesang C19，Yuesang C15，Yuesang C121，Yuesang C43 being moderately resistant; Yuesang 51，Yuesang 119，Yuesang 110，Yuesang C45 and Tang 10 × 109 being moderately sensitive and Yuesang 84，Yuesang120，283 × anti －10 being susceptible． In addition，the control experiment of mulberry root-knot nema-tode disease was carried out in laboratory，the results showed that the efficacy of biocontrol agent Paecilo-myces lilacinus and chlorpyrifos were 75% and 70%，respectively; efficacy of biocontrol bacterium Bacil-lus falciparum was 50%． The results provide theoretical basis for field control work．
