Abstract Firstly，a systematic way of constructing mutually unbiased unextendible maximally entangledbases (MUUMEBs) was given in bipartite quantum system C d ×C 3l d'from MUUMEBs in C d ×C d' (d' = kd+ r)． Then，the result showed that the pair of MUUMEBs in C 4 ×C 15 could be obtained by constructinga pair of MUMEBs in C 4 ×C 5 ． Finally，the method of constructing the MUUMEBs was generalized to C d×C el d'in the bipartite quantum system C d ×C 2l d' ．
