Abstract To construct quasiinterpolation with higher accuracy for scattered data of plane, a new quasiinterpolation of interpolation form was constructed by merging quasi-interpolation technique and interpolation method regarding the advantages of interpolation function and its higher accuracy. The error analysis and numerical experiment were performed, the results showed that the new quasi-interpolation of interpolation form could be used very efficiently for scattered data approximated of plane.
