Prediction of dissolved oxygen in Litopenaeus vannamei culture based on deep belief network and least squares support vector regression

In order to improve the prediction accuracy of the dissolved oxygen in Litopenaeus vannamei aquaculture ponds, a dissolved oxygen prediction model based on deep belief network (DBN) model and least squares support vector regression (LSSVR) was proposed. First, the DBNs were employed using ex- traction feature vectors of time series water quality data. Then, the feature vector as a training and test set for DBN-LSSVR model training and optimization. The combinations of the best parameters were obtained automatically after the optimization, which construct the nonlinear prediction model between the dissolved oxygen and the impact factors. Finally, validation and comparative analysis of the model were carried out using the measured data in Panyu district, Guangzhou. The proposed prediction model of DBN-LSSVR had high prediction accuracy and generalization ability, and it was a suitable and effective method for predicting dissolved oxygen in intensive density Litopenaeus vannamei culture.

Design of base on STC12 MCU cow health detecting system

In order to realize monitoring of cow health in real-time, a cow health detecting system based on STC12CSA60S2 microcontroller was presented. The system consisted of three parts, the lower comput- er which was based on MCU detection device, software on upper computer which was based on LabVIEW program and network server which was based on FTP ( File Transfer Protocol). To detect dairy health pa- rameters of cows, a temperature sensor, a heart rate sensor and a motion sensor were used and the control core of lower computer adopted STC12CSA60S2 MCU. The lower computer concerned with upper com- puter and exchanged data with selectable mode, the serial port or WiFi. The software on upper computer was programmed by LabVIEW virtual instrument technology and concerned with lower computer in TCP (Transfer Control Protocol) for communicating and controlling. The health data was calculated with algo- rithm for diagnosing on upper computer and simple result for health was obtained and displayed. The net- work server was built up on a dedicated server computer and provided data services to the system through the FFP. The results of system testing were shown that validity of the detection data of the lower computer was 75% at most, the correct rate of the serial port transmission was 92% and rate of WiFi was 80% in indoor environment. To the upper computer, correct rate to exchange data with server service was 99% and the algorithm depends on the experience database was effective. The data of simulating test for the system were from ten cows with random selection and their heart rate, body temperature and motion meas-ures were detected with the system. The average body temperature and heart rate of 10 cows were 34. 5℃ and 63 times/min, the average motion measures were 163 times/min in daytime and 47 times/min in night time. Effects of NAA and Eth on germination and tube growth of litchi's pollen

To observe the effects of 1-Naphthylacetic acid (NAA) and Ethephon (Eth) on germination and growth of litchi (Litch chinensis Sonn. ) pollen, NAA and Eth were added at a certain concentration respectively in basic medium, two varieties different batches of pollen to Nuomici and Guiwei were cul- tured and the pollen germination rate and pollen tube length were determined. The results showed that NAA promoted different batches of pollen germ/nation and pollen tube growth of Nuomici and Guiwei, but the suitable concentration of pollen germination and pollen tube growth in different batches of two varieties of litehi was different. The suitable mass concentration of NAA for second batches of pollen germination was 1.0 - 3.0 mg/L, and that for pollen tube growth was 0.5 - 3.0 mg/L. Low concentration of Eth pro- moted pollen germination and pollen tube growth in different batches of two Litchi euhivars. The appro- priate concentrations of Eth to promote second batch of pollen germination of Nuomici and Guiwei were 1.0-5.0 and 10.0 mg/L, respectively, the suitable concentration of second batch of promoting pollen tube growth of Nuomici and Guiwei was 1.0 mg/L. High concentration (20. 0 mg/L) Eth inhibited the germination and tube growth of different batches of pollen in two Litchi cultivars. The results suggested that NAA and Eth could promote the germination and pollen tube growth of litchi pollen, and the suitable concentration for pollen germination and growth between different batches of pollen was different.

Control efficacy of fungicides aganist chrysanthemum white rust

In order to screen effective fungicides against Chrysanthemum white rust ( CWR), the control efficacy of 4 fungicides [ 62.5% azoxycarboxylate quinone nitrile Water Dispersible Granules (WDG), 50% carbenoxylate Water Power (WP), 39% fine armor · azoxystrobinate WDG and 10% penconazole Emulsion in Water (EW) ] against CWR was compared by pot experiments trail, and the effect of 11 fungicides on rooting rate and survival rates of infected cuttings were tested by immersion method. The results showed that the cumulative control effect of the 10% penconazole EW 3000 - fold was 82.46% at 28 days after the treatment. By day 57 after the treatment, the effect of 39% aerosol azoxystrobin SC 2000 -fold and the 10% penconazole EW 1000 -fold showed the best effect, and with accumulation control efficacy over 90%. The rooting rate and survival rate of infected cuttings were not improved by treated infected cuttings with 11 chemical compounds. Therefore, 10% penconazole EW could be used to control CWR.

Design of Apriori algorithm optimization based on double compression

A new algorithm based on double compression, which was called as Apriori double compres- sion (Apriori_ DC ) , was proposed, according to the performance bottleneck problem of Apriori algorithm. Two ways were used to improve performance: the transaction database was continually compressed to re- duce the transaction record and the total item in the database ; the number of the next candidate frequent item set was to reduce by compressing the frequent item set. The experiments showed that Apriori_ DC al- gorithm had better performance than Apriori algorithm when the support ratio was the same and the record number of the database was different or the record number of the database was the same and the support ratio was different. The experiment also showed that the record number of the database was continually reduced during the execution of the Apriori_ DC algorithm.

Bibliometric analysis in agricultural Internet of Things based on Citespace

In order to find hot topics in field of agricultural Internet of Things ( IOT), bibliometric analy- sis was carried out in the field of Agriculture Internet of Things based data of papers, including journal papers, thesis and conference papers, published from 2010 -2016 by way of Citespace, which is a bib- liometric analysis software using knowledge graph. The results showed that total 997 papers were ac- quired, and that the quantity of papers in agricultural IOT increased year by year, especially from 2012 to 2014, while, classic papers were few based on the half-life period analysis. Two core research groups were found, represented by National Engineering Research Center for Information Technology in Agricul- ture and College of Information and Electrical Engineering of China Agricultural University, College of In- formation Technology of Hunan Agricultural University. The keywords mainly had included IOT, Agricul- tural IOT, Agriculture, Smart Agriculture, Agricultural Modernization, Information Technology, Agricul- tural Informationization. While for technology, mainly focusing on Wireless Sensor Network, Zigbee, sensor and monitoring system, which mainly had used in fields of aquaculture, facilities agriculture, andso on. An improved multi-population quantum genetic algorithm

It was easy to fall into local optimum when using conventional quantum genetic algorithm to solved continuous function optimization. In order to surmount the above drawback, an improved multi-po- pulation quantum genetic algorithm (IMPQGA) was proposed. The algorithm divided the initial popula- tion into N sub population. Each population had updated itself respectively according to the different quantum rotation gate strategies, and then had exchanged the optimal individuals with the next sub popu- lation. At the same time, in order to jump out of local optimum in time and avoided premature conver- gence, a novel quantum rotation gate was introduced to dynamically adjust the chromosome evolution di- rection with the increasing number of evolution generation. The simulation results showed that IMPQGA had better optimization performance with the multi population quantum genetic algorithm ( MPQGA ). Compared with the conventional quantum genetic algorithm (QGA).

Design and construction of the canopy roof system in Guangzhou South Railway Station

It was arranged canopy structures on both the north and south side of the main station building in Guangzhou South Railway Station (GSRS). Each canopy's roof has a plane area of 421.8 m × 189. 6 m. There were six continuous cross arch shells that formed the canopy in a shape of the Japanese banana's leaf. These two canopy structures of GSRS were consisted of cable-arc, truss and forked special-shaped column. A new type of cable-arc structure had been used, in which the inhaul cable and the body of the arch shell were bended in the same direction. It had a graceful shape, good stability and good wind-re- sistant performance. The most difficult and important points of the design and construction wsa its pre- stress and arch join node. The construction and design process of the canopy structure were introduced in this paper, and an analysis on the working principle of the pre-stress of cable-arch structure was done. It had a valuable reference for those who's going to design and construct a big space structure.

The existence of homoclinic solutions for the non-periodic second order Hamiltonian systems was studied. Under a class of new superquadratic conditions, a new existence result was obtained by applying the Mountain Pass Theorem relying on Ekeland’s variational principle, the spectral theory of self-adjoint operators and finite dimensional approximations. The recent results in the literature were generalized and significantly improved.

Seletion of fresh agriculture product suppliers based on the perspective of loss aversion

Choosing reasonable fresh agricultural products suppliers was of great significance to reduce the risk of shortage, reduce costs and improve the quality and safety of products. For the selection of fresh agricultural product supplier with linguistic assessment information, a new selection method was pro- posed based on the perspective of loss aversion. Firstly, an evaluation index system of supplier was estab- lished according to the characteristics of fresh agricultural products. Secondly, the calculation method of loss / gain was given to establish the loss / gain utility function on the base of it. Afterwards the projec- tion method was adopted to rank and select the alternative suppliers. Lastly, an example was used to il- lustrate the scientific and the operation process of the proposed method. The new method had provided new ideas and ways for the selection of fresh agricultural products suppliers.

A new Hedychium cultivar Hedychium Coronarium * H.gardnerianum

Hedychium Coronarium ×H. gardnerianum is a new Hedychium hybrid which was selected from filial generation of H. coronarium and H. gardnerianum. Pseudostems ca. 139.9 cm, blade lanceo- late, florescence long. Compared with H. coronarium, the spikes of the cuhivar has golden yellow spikes, compactly, smaller flowers and shorter corolla tubes, upper bracts as drum shaped, fragrance is more elegant. This new cultivar might take an important role in field cultivation in Guangdong area.

Selenium (Se) is an essential element for animals, it has antioxidant ability, regulates the immunity, prevents disease and has other important physiological functions. The research progress on ab- sorption and metabolism of selenium in animals such as the active forms of selenium and its transport modes, metabolism pathway, absorption organs and tissues distribution in the body, excretion pathways and influential factors of biological effectiveness were reviewed in this paper, and the application of sele- nium in the industry was prospected.
