Abstract
基于对广州市292位新生代农民工进行的实地调研,以Logistic回归模型对其市民化意愿进行了影响因素分析.结果表明:受教育程度、婚姻状态、来广州务工年限、住房满意度以及与本地人接触情况等对新生代农民工市民化有显著性影响(P<0.05).性别、年龄、有无家庭成员随迁、个人收入水平、是否签订劳动合同、参加社会活动频率和是否感受到本地居民歧视等对农民工市民化没有显著性影响,并根据分析结果提出相应建议.
