Abstract Trichoderma asperellum as a biocontrol strain has high development and application value in plant pathologic diseases. According to the 12 557 proteins in the genome of T. asperellum CBS 433.97 strain, it was in order screened by SignalP, TargetP, TMHMM, WoLF PSORT and big-PI Predictor bioinformatics softwares and prediction programs. Finally, 485 secreted protein sequences with typical characteristics were obtained. A total of 137 proteins were obtained by comparing 485 secreted proteins with the carbohydrate-active enzymes database, cysteine content analysis and Pathogen-Host Interaction database analysis. The small molecule protein of less than 300 amino acid was further screened as the candidate effector protein, and 15 proteins were obtained, including one carbohydrate-binding module family protein, one carbohydrate-esterase protein, and 13 hypothetical proteins. The results provide a theoretical basis for further study on the mechanism of action of T. asperellum genes and its subsequent utilization.
